For your protection, all orders submitted are subject to a thorough verification procedure and final approval by our customer service department before they are shipped. We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order.
We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping which you will be informed of prior to billing. The charges at checkout may not be final. You will receive your final statement (receipt) with the arrival of your package. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
All orders shipped to CA are subject by law to CA State Taxes. All orders shipped outside of CA are subject to respective local taxes and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
You must select FedEx Ground® or FedEx 2Day® or FedEx Standard Overnight® delivery at checkout. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.
doctorseyes will always make every attempt possible to deliver product(s) ordered on time. doctorseyes is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. doctorseyes bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: weather storms, employee strikes or any other complication caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers.

Return Policy

30 days for return or exchange with prior authorization only.
Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns received by doctorseyes without a return authorization number will not be the responsibility of doctorseyes.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, it must go through inspection and then will be assessed for refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Do not write on the manufacturers' box or warranty card. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange.
Save your receipt, as it’s to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers' warranties. Repairs on defective cameras are handled by the manufacturer and not doctorseyes unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
doctorseyes will grant one year warranty on its products from the date of purchase. If you return defective equipment within this warranty period doctorseyes can provide you upon request with a substitute camera and/or light system.
